Application of Primary High Temperature Lithium Battery in Petroleum Industry

With the rapid development of petroleum exploration and exploitation, electronic technology is widely used in petroleum instruments and equipment, and the requirements for special battery technology are getting higher and higher, and the demand is increasing. Since high-temperature lithium batteries were originally produced by only a few countries such as the United States and Canada, my country mainly relies on imports. Imported batteries are expensive, have a long supply cycle, and occupy a lot of capital, which is not suitable for the rapid development of the petroleum industry. The high-temperature lithium batteries supplied by our company have been confirmed by the actual batch use of many units, and the technical indicators have basically reached the level of foreign products, which can completely replace imported products.

At present, the primary high temperature lithium battery (150 ℃, 175 ℃) supplied by our company is mainly used for various underground electricity in the petroleum industry logging instruments such as sub pressure gauge and wireless measuring while drilling instrument (MWD, LWD) for directional well drilling. In addition to standard batteries, we non standard size batteries can be customized according to the requirements of users, and special connectors can be customized and installed for batteries, special battery pack. Especially for MWD and LWD special batteries, we have 36V, 29v, 25.2v, 18V and other voltages. Battery pack matched with ODT, SDI, geolink, Baker Hughes, TOLTEQ, APS and several domestic brands.
